There is an async standup format I've been using for over a year now, and since it seems to be sticking, I figured I'd take a moment to share it and explain why I like it.

There is an async standup format I've been using for over a year now, and since it seems to be sticking, I figured I'd take a moment to share it and explain why I like it.

I look back on the 2022 season with immense pride for my team and offer particular thanks for giving me so much enjoyment during a time of personal need.
The goal of this estimate is to, in a time-boxed format, create a framework for more meaningful discussions to happen. These numbers should not be looked at as facts but shape those first steps of discovery.

I read this back in April of 2021 and thought well of it. It's a good overview of the various testing tools available and how to apply them to Elixir scenarios and patterns (OTP, Ecto, Phoenix).
